Excellent in every aspect
I purchased a bistro table, about a year ago.
I am entirely satisfied with the set, which is strong, well built and very good looking.
A year later, an impact appeared (maybe after taking a hit).
I therefore contacted Lazy Susan who sent me a touch up package, and for FREE.
So to summarize, this website is serious, efficient, sells good quality products and has a perfect customer service.
Thank you Lazy Susan, I will come back once I get a bigger garden.
Order arrived with some delay, but the way was quite long after all...Packaging was adequate. But I was most impressed with the material: decent workmanship, very nice design, ergonomically formed chairs, complete order delivered (there was even a spare for every small piece...). Completely satisfied with the whole process and would recommend you to others.
I have been very satisfied so far, the delivery process was excellent and the 1chair and bench so far erected are perfect as are the quality of the cushions. I have a bistro table and one more chair to erect and I am hoping they are going to be as good as the others.
