Very helpful and clear
Excellent service. good product. very fair prices.\nonly picky thing would be clearer assembly instructions, but with a little thought they are OK.
The speed of delivery was excellent, there was a part missing from the order and within 24 hours of my email, I had received a call and confirmation that the replacement item would be dispatched and it arrived the next day. In my view, customer service as good as this is rare, though much appreciated. My table and chairs are exactly what I hoped for and I have had loads of compliments already. Great company!
The only problem was the delivery. I had arranged for the goods to be left with neighbour. Having been given time for delivery the neighbour checked outside when this time had passed. The goods had been left in the middle of our open porch in full view of the street. As I had been told the delivery would need to be signed for I feel this was very irresponsible.
I found the whole procedure from viewing the product, reading other customers reviews, ordering and receiving the goods which were packed very well and arrived promptly excellent. I will be placing another order as soon as I can afford it and have already recommended the company to others.
No problems ordering and delivered very promptly (ordered late Monday evening, delivered Wednesday afternoon - more or less the other end of the country). Bought for my daughter so I haven't seen the furniture yet, but she is pleased and I am pleased with a bench I bought for myself quite a while ago.
