The system for ordering and the process for delivery were excellent. The product seems very good but we are taking up with you a small problem that we had in aligning the several parts when trying to bolt them together. LazySusan delivered my order to my door within three days of it being placed and between the times given by the courier. I haven't opened the parcel yet, but I am happy with my order as I have had this garden furniture before.
The wrong day was originally booked for delivery by yourselves, but when I telephoned to change to the correct day the lady I spoke to was very helpful. Overall very happy with the product.
