We had been looking for a small bistro set for a recently restored Victorian patio area – we had an idea in mind, something traditional, well made but not too bulky or heavy. Searching the internet, we spotted the Rose Bistro Set on the Lazy Susan website which looked perfect. But, it’s always difficult when viewing on-line – not sure what you’re going to get – the price looked good but what about the quality?
We were not disappointed – we were surprised but delighted when the table and chairs arrived the very next day; assembly was easy, they look fantastic - just what we had in mind - and great value for money.
There were a couple of things to sort out with the delivery - my message was passed on via a telephone call and an email conversation was immediately forthcoming. All very friendly and efficient. Thank you Lazy Susan .... who says she's a lazy Susan anyway!!!

What is nice about dealing with a small family firm is the expectation of good personal service and quality of product. Both were realised in abundance when I purchased the Bistro patio set in antique bronze last summer. Easy to assemble, it blends in well with our woodland garden; it needs no upkeep and is weighty enough to stay put during high winds we often have. Even better, it's squirrel proof! I can confidently recommend Lazy Susan products to anyone.
Efficient trade pricing quote, quick delivery - would of been helpful to know part of order was coming flat packed, this wasn't specified.
