Web site not easy , tried numerous times eventually phone customer service who also seem to be having problem. Order irregular Charlotte but box indicated Jessuca! Good delivery but as its pack you are left to disposed of a lot of packaging & pallet. Looks good just need some warm weather
We purchased a new 6 seater table and chairs for our patio. The web site was so easy to follow with great information listed for each item we viewed. Once ordered the service was fantastic from start to finish. Regular emails with updates and even a phone call from the driver prior to delivery. The furniture is fantastic and we are so pleased with it. It is clearly excellent quality and I was surprised how easy it was to construct. This company has excellent reviews and I was not disappointed. My sister has had garden furniture from Lazy Susan for about 4 years and I had always promised myself that when we moved house we would get some. I ordered our 6 seater table and 6 chairs a week before Christmas 2015 and they arrived less than 24 hours later. Love them and cannot fault the company or the product. Many thanks. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would buy again.
Delivery was prompt and all items superbly packaged , all be it there was a lot of packaging but then that did more than protect the furniture. A socket set will ease the build and each item had spares of the hardware. Super quality and looks really good. Hopefully from initial build will last for many years.
