Good quality and fun to put together
All good , fast and efficient and were true to your word.
Easy to navigate, informative website. Helpful sales team on the phone. Delivery scheduled easily, taking into account holiday delay. A bit fiddly to assemble but very clear instructions and all pieces present and correct - where should I have put that last washer though?? Table is a perfect fit for our outside space and very comfortable. I was worried about comfort with leg space given lower support but it’s great, even for tallies. Very happy.
My table and chairs arrived on time, delivery company were great. It took 2 of us to do the table, it was a big 8 seater. All tools needed included in the package. The chairs are easier to do on your own. So pleased with it and can’t wait for the weather to improve so we can use it!

Excellent garden furniture that is stylish, well made and solid.
Excellent quality, easy to put together
The furniture is good. Assembly instructions could be better. A socket set and proper screwdriver are essential, as the supplied spanner and screwdriver are not robust enough..
Patio set was delivered on time and had been well packed. Easy enough to assemble and table and chairs look great in our garden. One of the 8 chairs had a small burr on the front of the seat but this was easily removed with some sandpaper and LS provided some touch up paint which worked brilliantly.
Parasol pole damaged in recent storm. Phoned Lazy Susan to esplain. Pole was replaced without any fuss as still under guarantee. Replacement arrived within 2 days. Exceptional customer service
