Excellent service. Arrived next day delivery. I needed a bench that did not need any maintenance as this was to go as a memorial bench at my golf club and being on the first tee it had to look good. I was so pleased with it, exactly as I hoped. If I ever need another bench for what ever reason I would certainly come back. Thank you to all the team and for the more than excellent communication.
Bench delivery extremely prompt - product wasn't quite as solid as I expected, but looks good enough (for the price) when put together and viewed from the front (reverse sides are hollowed out). Assembly instructions easy enough to follow, but assembly itself very fiddly and needed a lot of pressure to get the bolts on the screws. Generally happy.
The product was just what I was looking for. Delivery was prompt on the day requested. Cant comment yet on the durability of the bench as we have only just put it into the garden.

The ordering procedure was easy and when I received the email updating me on delivery date. I emailed on a bank holiday to change days and received an immediate email response with a new date. I would suggest that you seem to have it right. This is the third bench I have received, each different pattern. This was the only one with no guidance on erection however since they are simple to erect it was hardly a problem. Delivery was exactly as projected and packing in good order.
