Furniture is excellent (second one we’ve bought), but printed assembly instructions inadequate, and provided spanners only fitted part of the job.
Well packaged to prevent damage. Easy to assemble and very well made. The pictures and the sizes are very accurate, so you know exactly what you will get. Our daughter has one and even after years of exposure to the elements here in north Wales it is still in very good condition.
I ordered a garden bench. The ordering process on the website was easy and delivery was quick ( 2 days after the order). I am a returning satisfied customer. The only improvement I would have liked to see is an estimate of delivery date when ordering. But I was notified of delivery date once it was dispatched and provided a tracking number, which was useful!
Very pleased with garden bench, but thought we got a reduction if you bought the seat cushion at the same time, we paid full price for the cushion no reduction.
Perfect Collection!
I ordered a bench and garden table. The ordering proceedure was very simple and easy. The goods were delivered on time and extremely well packed. I had to assemble them on my own and did manage but it wiuld have been a lot easier with two people as trying to thread a bolt and washers through the two pre driled holes and holding everything together it was tricky to get the nut on without cross threading it. That is more to do with me than the product itself though. The colour and finish if the furnitureis lovely. I am very pleased and will certainly recomend Lazy Susan.
I am very satisfied with my purchase, nice quality, looks really good in my garden and is easy to assemble, excellent value for money. I will send a picture when the daffodils will have bloomed!
