Nice products.
The customer service has been outstanding. I bought a bench and table as a gift so haven't assembled it yet but there was a small chip in the paint. I was offered a replacement or the chance to try some touch up paint with a full assurance that if the result wasn't satisfactory they would provide another solution. The paint arrived within a couple of days and matches really well. I would definitely recommend Lazy Susan. The service felt very personal and I really get the impression that they care.

Ordering was as before straightforward. Delivery previously was by parcel force, next day delivery. My next order was large. It came by freight delivery. Oh dear, it took over a week, numerous calls to company, I think it was transhipped by another company, "Somewhere, at the back of a warehouse, it willl come tomorrow"; then they do not know where it is. Eventually rang Lazy Susan and *** chased it. It arrived the next day, all intact. It did take up my time and worries of it blocking a shared drive.on delivery. It needed to be unpacked immediately and thus removed. I requested, that I would be present for the delivery, it arrived when I was out but the driver had struggled to push it over, out of the way....you could see where the gravel was disturbedl. Many thanks to him. Just as well, as it would have prevented me from parking at my property on my return. If I need another order, I will order an item at a time, and hopefully parcel force or whoever will deliver it next day as before. The garden furniture is of high quality and I would give the company a ten. I now have six benches, a table and four chairs, excellent. All I need now, are the cushions!
