The website was very easy to use, and the April Bench arrived very quickly. There was a small technical problem connecting the seat- back to the seat, as it didn't seem to be level. However the online instructions were very useful, and I also contacted the company last Saturday and last Sunday, and both times was reassured that this was normal. The nuts, bolts and washers supplied securely sealed on card, made life very easy. We will certainly use the company again.
Quick delivery, product as presented on the website, looks great. Delighted !

Have had two tables and ten chairs since 2012 with no problems whatsoever. Also a bench type chair and two sun brollies. A leg broke in use two weeks ago and a replacement was dispatched immediately and a spare leg sent as well just in case... No charge. Excellent products and service.

Great service and lovely garden furniture.
As far as I can see so far, I am pleased with the seat. However, the worst part was putting the seat together and I had to refer to a Youtube video for guidance as the instructions that came with the seat were not very clear. The seat was delivered quickly and the ordering process was very easy and efficient.
Little confused by the message left on phone by delivery. Was expecting message by mobile. Saying that all good.
The quality was exactly what I was hoping for. Great value for money. Despite the delivery date given on the website, it was possible to arrange an earlier delivery. I would definitely use this company again
Excellent service - I ordered by phone both times. And I managed to assemble the furniture single-handed. Only very slight criticism is that a few of the plastic nut caps are impossible to get on! I might see if I can find a strong man to help!
