Ordering and delivery was easy and quick in fact very fast. Was also easy to assemble and looks great on the patio area
The quality of both garden furniture I bought was excellent and easy to assemble..however the 4 plastic bolt protectors were missing I rang and received them the following day. I would recommend this firm to others and will shop with them again.
Good as always, fast delivery. Well packed and easy to assemble. Unfortunately, a corner of our bank broke during the assembly, which was quickly replaced.
I am very pleased with the garden bench seats and small table I have purchased. Delivery was very prompt and the products were easy to assemble. The support staff were most helpful in sorting out my problems and replaced one bench, that had arrived damaged, within a week.
Really quick delivery and good information on when to expect the parcel to be delivered. One small problem with screw end caps missing, but e-mailed customer services who replied promptly, and missing caps were received within a couple of days with no hassle. Would recommend this company to others and would definitely use them again.
Easy to assemble. Looks good
The photo looked as if we were ordering a blue bench but it's not blue it's dull grey.Took us over an hour to assemble it as the instructions are only diagrams
