Excellent product delivered on time. The only criticism is that the instructions for where the washers are put should be clearer. Another customer made the same point.
Easy to order. Looked good on the web site and now looks even better in our garden. Delivery was very quick and the bench went together very easily. Not sure I have any suggestions for improvements.

Order was taken and ok however there were problems with the bench and this it's self took a long time to sort out, a new complete bench was delivered and was in good condition, as it should have been in the first place.
The Bench is great, well made and easy to put together and it matches some chairs we already have. I originally ordered from ***, but their delivery people were useless as they lost the order TWICE! but when I ordered it direct from you it came very quickly and we are pleased with it..
The bench I ordered is comfortable. The customer service was second to none. I originally ordered the bench through *** were unable to fulfill the order "twice". So I contacted Lazy Susan while I paid a little more going direct than through ***, Lazy Susan were able to give me day the behind would be delivered. The bench was delivered on time no fuss the courier was polite and friendly. Lazy Susan excellent customer service. Excellent delivery. Lovely product. Fab!!!
