Ordered direct from Lazy Susan rather than through ***. Very good customer service, not lazy at all! My bench was dispatched the very next day (a Friday) and arrived on the Monday. Very well packaged and pleased with the quality of the product. I would definitely recommend to others.
We ordered 2 replacement back legs for a bench purchased 2 years ago. We had excellent customer support with a positive outcome of 2 replacement legs sent immediately. Only payment was for delivery.

The garden bench I purchased is excellent and quite easy to put together. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I later saw it for *** less on Lazy Susan's *** page than on the company's own site, where I bought it. This seems deceitful to me.

I was struggling to find a garden bench that would tone in with my existing garden table and chairs when I came across your website.The website was very good, plenty of information to make a decision on what to buy. The person on the phone was really helpful when I ordered my furniture, delivery service was excellent and products arrived in the time slot arranged. Email and text was received to keep me updated on expected ETA. Products were easy to put together, and now look lovely in my garden. They blend in with the table and chairs I have had for over 20 years, I am really pleased and would thoroughly recommend to anyone!
