Transport flawless and on time.
A slight problem in assembling a bench (Model Rose Aluminium):
space lag between the fixing pins (leg / seat) on one of the corners, probably due to a lack of precision of the molding or drilling. A minor issue for me because I am an experienced handyman!
But I guess the difficulty for the less experienced!
Small suggestion for the information contained in the site:
specify the height and depth of the seats, sometimes useful.
We do not see very well either the difference between cast aluminum and aluminum for short ...
Overall quality of the product beyond reproach (apart from the details mentioned above).
I 've searched the site for armchairs of the same style, but I' ve found nothing. To be proposed in the next ranges!

I would certainly recommend Lazy Susan. I ordered a bench for my dad's 80th birthday and it was delivered on his birthday, as the day requested. Perfect. I haven't seen it, but he is very pleased with the bench, using it continually since delivery. There was no way of telling where it had come from, so he made contact and said he was treated very personally.
Perhaps you could add a message service for this type of purchase?
Very happy with the site, the products and the after-sales service. It is a pity that the courrier couldn't keep up with the same standard.
The Rose two seater bench arrived 3 days after placing the order. Assembly was easy, with a couple of spare screws & washers provided, makes a pleasant change change from finding fixings missing. The finished bench is robust, very attractive & good quality. Nice touches like the rubber pads on the legs ensure the bench doesn't slide or scratch our tiled porch, highly recommended.
Very satsified, very fast delivery, assembly of the furniture was no problem. The bench looks very nice.
Product of very good quality, very pretty. Easy assembly. Very happy with this purchase. Products a little expensive, I'm not sure tif I will again, lack of resources. But I recommend your site. As for the TNT courrier, it did not meet the delivery date on 11/06 and came on 12/06. The products have been finally delivered on the 18/06.

Fast efficient delivery and well packaged, bench not constructed as yet but all parts are present and correct, even the correct number of bolts, washers and caps. Looks easy to construct - looking forward to sitting out in the sunshine on it.
