Our Export Garden Furniture Division has now expanded to include several foreign language webshops and a dedicated customer service team, and, as a business, we’ve continued to focus on delivering better and better products supported by first-class customer service, regardless of where we are shipping to.
Export Garden Furniture Delivery
To further improve service quality, in 2022 we opened our European distribution hub in the Netherlands, and we partnered with a new full-service logistics partner, Jan Krediet to handle the shipping.
With over a century of experience in international logistics and a team dedicated to ensuring the best service possible for all our customers, Jan Krediet were the perfect choice to help take the great service we’re known for in the UK over the Channel.
This move also enabled us to offer free delivery to France, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy and Spain, from our new location, and to ship to Switzerland and Austria for a small shipping fee.

How Our Export Garden Furniture Deliveries Work
If you order one of our 2 Seater Garden Bistros or 4 Seater Garden Table Sets with April, Rose, Emma and Kate Garden Chairs or one of our Garden Benches then they will generally be delivered using one of our trusted couriers: DHL, DPD or TNT.
Your goods will be dispatched from our warehouse within 7 days of your order and then please allow a further 2 days for delivery. The courier will aim to contact you as soon as possible, to keep you updated with tracking information and let you know when you can expect delivery, so please provide a mobile number when placing your order.
If you order one of the larger 6 Seater Garden Table Sets, 8 Seater Garden Table Sets or 10+ Seater Garden Table Sets with any of our Garden Chairs or any size set with our Jane, Maria or Mary Stacking Chairs, then your goods will be dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands within 7 days.
We ask that you then please allow a further 7 days for delivery and your furniture will be delivered by our new full-service logistics partner.
For all 2 man deliveries, your furniture will carefully be delivered to your garden, patio or outdoor space by Jan Krediet, ready for you to just assemble and enjoy but please again provide a mobile number when ordering, as this will allow Jan Krediet to update you with tracking and delivery times.
