A note of guidance for assembly in particulate attaching the legs to the table,that was a little hard,I had to undo most of the leg nuts to allow for some movement. really pleased with the result
Everything was perfect. The order was placed on a Monday, delivery was next day without additional cost and text messages were accurate in delivery times.
Excellent service - needed the patio set in a hurry and rang to see if it could be delivered quickly. The gentleman I spoke to could not have been more helpful and my order was delivered as promised. Tried to order over the weekend by telephone but not able to do so until Monday. Left a message and they did indeed call back on Monday. The table and parasol base arrived next day at no extra cost and is lovely. It is everything we hoped it would be, solid, good quality and easy to put together. One tiny thing is It seems a little small for a six seater and sits four more comfortably. Sizes are clearly stated on the website so it is entirely our fault, we should have measured up! We should have gone for the eight seater but having said that we love it.
Customer service excellent, I made a mess of completing on line,the sales dept said they were used to dealing with people my age who can't work their computers properly. I am going to improve! Lazy Susan don't need to!!
Dispatch and delivery were both very quick, the goods are of good quality and completely matched our expectations, workmanship and assembly are convincing.
Very satisfied, I drove down to Chichester to pick up the furniture as I needed it the following day, David was exceptionally helpful.

The range of furniture is quite big, each one can find what he is looking for, with a very good quality. Lazy Susan stays in tune with their customers to answer their questions. As for the delivery time, it was perfectly respected. I had no difficulty in assembling the table and chairs of my garden set that is exactly as I wanted it to be.
