Very prompt delivery, you get what you see on the webpage, pleased with our garden furniture, the only thing which needs to be improved is : most of the black cups fell off and won't stay.
Customer support was excellent. Quick responses, friendly and helpful. The delivery was on the day specified and the furniture was easy to put together. It looks fabulous.
Only area for improvement is delivery. We were told we would be contacted with a more accurate delivery slot. In reality the 'slot' is all day and you just have to stay in and wait. The delivery tracking ability only states that the delivery is en route.
Nice greeting on the phone, quick shipping of the packages. The set is splendid, I do not regret ordering it. Only one chair has a defect and I am going to contact them to have it replaced.
Good customer service and prompt delivery. Although accepting that the product needs protecting during transit, the quantity/style of packing was over the top. For one table/chair set, it took over an hour to remove all the packaging. There must have been about a mile of sellotape for example.
I have recently purchased a beautiful table and chairs. I must say the speedy service was fantastic. And arrangements for delivery were spot on. I would Definitely recommend lazy Susan to others. The table and chairs are perfect and great quality material. We are extremely pleased. Thank you
