Very happy with the furniture - quick delivery, and easy to assemble. It looks great in our garden.
It was very quick from order to delivery - lots of boxes Looks nice - some of the chairs are a bit wobbly - my husband said the engineering wasnt amazing but i think its ok (but then he put it all together)
Ordering process was simple to follow and very efficient. Phone call day after to confirm order was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend you to others.
We received the above order, which was delivered on time and undamaged - however, while all the Rose chairs assembled well I had a problem when assembling the June table. As the accompanying instructions didn't suggest an order of assembly I connected all four legs to the centre piece (loosely) and offered this up to the lugs(bolts) on the underside of the table top. There was no way that they would line up to complete assembly, so I tried again by bolting each leg to the underside of the table (loosely) and then connecting the centre piece. This was more successful but the brackets on the centre piece seem to have been welded on incorrectly, such that there is no snug fit between any of the legs and the brackets on the centre piece. A bit disconcerting but when all the bolts were tightened the table seemed stable. We like the table, chairs and parasol but I feel the above problem needs to be addressed by your good selves, to avoid any future customer issues. The owner of the company contacted me very quickly and after asking what I wanted to do assured me that Lazy Susan would provide free replacement for any substandard parts of the set.

Beautiful patio set, delivered to my convenience after a personal call from Andrew at the office. Easy to put up, with minimal brute force required! (With only one cross threaded but and bolt (to quote my husband, I am a girl(!), and it was expertly crossed!) There was even an extra bolt, nut, washer and cap for every different size just in case one got lost ior wasn't fitting properly! I'm really really pleased with the set, service, delivery man was lovely too! Ready for the summer now!! Thank you Lazy Susan I'll be recommending you to everyone who'll listen!
The delivery was prompt and the courier called 15 minutes before arriving, which was very useful. We ordered the June table and rose chairs. The instructions were clear and assembly easy. The quality of the tables and chairs is excellent, as is the parasol and cushions. Great products at reasonable prices.
Took 5 hours to assemble (longer than I anticipated) and bits were missing. Problems resolved quickly but shouldn't have happened; quality control needs improvement.
The staff at your place were helpful and wonderful, but the transport firm screwed up somewhat. The first day of expected delivery they were firstly late, then unable to deliver because the truck was too big for my village. They promised to send a small van the next day, but what turned up was a 17tonner which again was too big - I had to meet him in a nearby estate, take my child seat out, unpack half the stuff to get it into my vwpolo, and drive home with the back open. Then I struggled to get it out of the car, and basically had to unpack the box in the boot, as it was too heavy to get it out by myself otherwise. Despite that I'd still recommend you to others!! The furniture is wonderful!!
