Great service & garden furniture .
The website was very easy to use & staff helpful on the phone. It was not easy to ascertain whether there was a parasol hole in the tables as photos showed a vase of flowers in the centre.
There could be greater clarification of colours available. Photos make some furniture look black whereas I was told that only white and bronze are sold.
Excellent service and an impressive high quality product.
A note of guidance for assembly in particulate attaching the legs to the table,that was a little hard,I had to undo most of the leg nuts to allow for some movement. really pleased with the result
Everything was perfect. The order was placed on a Monday, delivery was next day without additional cost and text messages were accurate in delivery times.

Tried to order over the weekend by telephone but not able to do so until Monday. Left a message and they did indeed call back on Monday. The table and parasol base arrived next day at no extra cost and is lovely. It is everything we hoped it would be, solid, good quality and easy to put together. One tiny thing is It seems a little small for a six seater and sits four more comfortably. Sizes are clearly stated on the website so it is entirely our fault, we should have measured up! We should have gone for the eight seater but having said that we love it.
Customer service excellent, I made a mess of completing on line,the sales dept said they were used to dealing with people my age who can't work their computers properly. I am going to improve! Lazy Susan don't need to!!
