I am satisfied with everything
Everything just as advertised. At the Lazy Susan the ball bearing was defective (doesn't fit the other products' quality). A substitute was delivered quickly without any problems.
When looking for our garden furniture we started our search on line and found the website very easy to use and navigate. There was so much choice that we ended up with several enquiries we needed answers to in order to us make our final decision and so called the helpline. We found the assistance given very informative and this then helped us to complete our on line order. We received our furniture within only a few days - very fast indeed. We had one small issue with a damaged seat but after contact with Lazy Susan helpline this was sorted out satisfactorily and very quickly again. We would not hesitate to recommend on choice of product, assistance and speed of delivery! If it ever stops raining long enough for us to photograph we will send in a piccie.
The product is second to none , the only improvement would be on the delivery , he just trollied the pallet outside my front door and i asked him to just give me a hand to get them in the hallway and he just said " We only pallet deliver and i then asked him to wait for 2 minuets so i could unload the pallet for him to take away and he said NO its up to you to get rid of it.!!!. Other than that superb furniture and a great Customer service from your selves. Just sending photos. Regards

We were really pleased with the excellent service we received from Lazy Susan, they went to the trouble of setting up furniture for us to see, and were very helpful. The delivery was very quick and arrived as and when promised. We are delighted with the furniture and hope to have many enjoyable years using it. A very satisfied customer in Cornwall.
Absolutely beautiful furniture, going to order more
The delivery of the set was quick. The assembly of the 150cm round table was really easy, we managed it without the instructions. In order to take the packaging to the recycling depot, one needs quite a big car as it was quite bulky. The set has not disappointed us as it looks exactly as it did in the offer. Now the summer can come!
