I was very impressed with the efficiency of the company. The order was easy to place and I was phoned to ask when I would like delivery. The furniture was with me three days after placing the order. I have no suggestions for improvementi am delighted with my new garden furniture!

We have already looked for such garden furniture for a long time, in particular also due to their weather resistance. These furniture really look very beautiful and give a stable impression. On the chairs one sits very comfortable due to the shaped seat base. When buying a round or oval table, the available, rotating Lazy Susan is very recommendable as accessories (convenient and beautiful). The order process went very smoothly. Good description of the respective product.
Aesthetically, we are very pleased with the garden furniture supplied by Lady Susan. A small disappointment: when assembling the chairs, it was not easy to correctly adjust the seat of the chair to get a correct stability. A small manual for additional information would be needed. The delivery was very fast and after sales service (we were missing two pieces) is excellent and efficient.
We are very satisfied with our new furniture set Amelia (with Maria chairs). No complaints from placing the order to receiving the delivery. Assembly of the chair problem free as well. The furniture set fits very well into our garden. The quality of the furniture is very good. We hope that we can enjoy our new garden furniture for years to come. We fully recommend Lazy Susan.

Simple ordering process and speedy delivery.
I am very impressed by the quality of customer service: Whenever I contacted Lazy Susan - either by phone or email, weekdays or Saturdays - I dealt with extremely competent people who were willing to answer all my questions. Ordered by internet on the weekend, our garden furniture has already arrived on Tuesday afternoon. The furniture wasn't the easiest to assemble, but with a little practice it was possible. Only downside: the packaging of the table has been torn before arrival, but the content has not been damaged.
