ALICE White (6 seater set)

My furniture is lovely except that the table does not sit very well in a level position. It rocks a little when weight is placed on it. I had to ask my son-in-law to assemble it and hadn't realised that it needed quite a bit of assembly. The delivery was very good and the furniture came right to the door. The furniture is good value for money and I would definitely recommend the service.

The product looks good and arrived on time and via a very helpful, friendly delivery driver but I was disappointed with the weight both of the chairs and the table, which didn't stand up to the winds on Merseyside and blew over.

We are delighted with our garden furniture. We ordered late last year and had conversations with you to ensure we bought the right model and size. You were all extremely helpful and I am pleased to say everything fits onto our patio as we had hoped. With your help we benefited from all the offers that were available at the time and frankly we were amazed that delivery could be delayed until the spring for our convenience. The arranging of the delivery date was very easy and everything arrived promptly on the day. The furniture was very well packed on a pallet which could have given some difficulties but again the driver was very helpful splitting the packages and assisting carrying them to convenient places. We were fortunate the chairs arrived as one piece, the table and brolly stand were very easy to construct. The quality and design of the furniture is excellent and although some might feel it expensive, we both feel it is very good value. Basically you get what you pay for! We have already enjoyed using the furniture a couple of times in the good weather. Our only complaint is that we thought you would pack a little more sunshine for us!! We ordered the Alice table and Maria chairs from you for our garden. The process from delivery (on line) to arrival with the delivery company was great. We had a phone call after placing the order to arrange a convenient slot which worked for us.

The furniture itself is of a fantastic quality, looks beautiful, and has made eating outside a real pleasure. We have had lots of complements from friends and family, one who has developed garden furniture envy! The table itself was very easy to assemble especially after watching the instruction video on line. I would definitely recommend using Lazy Susan, we are all in all very very happy.

After having numerous patio sets over the years we have finaly found the perfect one. The quality is excellent and the styling met up to our expectations after seeing it on line. We needed a little after service which was dealt with within 24 hours which is a tremendous response, not usualy to be found in this day and age. Hello, I phoned before placing the order and I found the two people i spoke to well informed and helpful (man and a woman) Furniture arrived as promised on Saturday 26th May which was important, i did not like having to pay extra for Saturday delivery I did think the furniture would be heavier but will wait to see how the quality is, generally pleased.
