Was told when it would come but it actually came the next day (we were called though so didn't wait in).\nTable was a bit awkward to build and even now bolts etc don't line up perfectly but it is more than good enough, looks great and as though it will all last a lifetime.

Your service was excellent but disappointed with the quality, the castings on the table and some of the chairs did not line up properly ie the table leg support one bracket was an inch out of line,and the chair arms were also an inch out of line and had to be forced together.

We are very impressed with our Catherine 6 Seater table,Emma chairs and Garden Bench. Self assembly of table went OK - good instructions and ample fittings. We were surprised that a 6 Seater was so long - plenty of room to seat 8 people if needed. There was no need to worry about how comfortable the chairs would be - they are absolutely fine.
The overall service and information given was second to none. It's good to speak to knowledgeable people who care about the customer and their product. It was no problem even to arrange a Saturday delivery. Everything arrived promptly and in good order.
Congratulations on an easy to use website - which gives more than the required amount of information eg places to see and stay if you need to view the products in Chichester and helpful, friendly staff.
If everyone was as efficient shopping would be delightful.
