Our visit to the factory/warehouse was very helpful and your team took their time to talk through our requirements and show us the different tables, chairs etc.
The delivery was on time and the overall transaction went very smoothly. The furniture was also very well packed to protect it from damage.
On assembling the furniture we found some minor items (chair feet and nut covers) missing, but after a quick e-mail these were despatched immediately and arrived the next day.
All in all we would rate the service throughout the process from viewing; through ordering and delivery; to post sales support as excellent.
The furniture was easy to assemble (less than 1 hour).
It is well made; being sturdy and sufficient weight such that you feel comfortable and secure when using it, unlike some other metal furniture (even some that are far more expensive).
The six seater table we selected could easily fit eight people and we have enjoyed using it, especially as it seems to be perfect for coping with our variable summer weather. I would expect it to survive our winters too with very little maintenance.
In terms of value, we could not find anything (either locally at large outlets or on-line) that came anywhere near the low price offered by Lazy Susan.
Overall an excellent product, just what we were looking for and at a good price.

The furniture is easy to assemble and suitably light to carry. It is well made and has lots of extra bolts, screws etc in case of dropping one and losing it! Although a 6 seater, we can easily fit 8 people around the table using the two benches and four chairs.
