Efficient and quick service
very quick delivery bench is easy to assemble and of good quality,
When ordering the garden bench I had problems with your website, which refused to accept my credit card and didn't allow me to set up a prof. However, a telephone call quickly resolved the problem. The furniture was dispatched soon after ordering and arrived on the day you indicated. Sadly, one piece of the bench was broken - a crack in the alumimium that was visible on all sides - but a quick call remedied the problem and a new part was dispatched overnight. Assembly of the furniture was straightforward and it looks very smart in our garden and is of high quality. Given the excellent customer service and 'no quibble' approach to replacing the broken part, I think the value for money is also high.
Excellent website and prompt order confirmation email. Cheerful delivery driver. An indication of delivery time would have yielded 5 stars. Everything was fine though and the bench fully meets my expectations. Thank you.

Ordered and delivered in a couple of days! i purchased the jasmine bench to go with the 4 seater table and chair set i already have in the garden so i knew i was getting another excellent product. easy to assemble , looks classy and expensive and love the fact i can just leave it out in all weathers. Cant recommend highly enough.
Fantastic service. I ordered a bench from the bench section on the internet then noticed it was £10 cheaper in the deal of the day section so I phoned the order line and they immediately changed the order to reflect the lower price. The bench arrived the next day and was very easy to put together.
Hi....I wanted to contact you directly as an item I ordered was out of stock. Disappointed to see the old 0845 numbers and wasn't able to get through to anyone. Delivery was quick with plenty of emails keeping me informed but nothing about whether I' ve been charged yet for the item out of stock. Overall I thought the website was good but with todays emphasis on customer service you cant let these little things happen....I haven't set the bench up yet and that will decide whether I will shop again or recommend.
