Complete satisfaction with all aspects of my purchase of a table and bench. Customer care was excellent with a phone call shortly after my on-line purchase to confirm tne details and arrange delivery on a day best suited to me. The products are robust and stylish and a great enhancement to my garden. Both items were flat-packed and had to be assembled - not a problem but not a job to be rushed given the number of nuts bolts and washers involved. Simple spanners are provided but I would recommend the use of proper spanners if you have them as not only will you complete the job faster, the nuts will be better secured, and you will avoid grazing your knuckles when the tiny thin ones slip. And so, a great service, and a great product and excellent value for money.
No adjustments to any area at all. My April Bench is exactly as I expected it to be, and compliments my 6 seater patio and turntable completely.
I do recommend you to others.
Great service and quality
Pleased with bench and it looks good in my garden. It did take longer than expected to put together (one hour) and the arm rest section does not sit flush to the seat on one side. However overall I am pleased with the result.
Ordering process very easy, phoned to agree delivery and they could accommodate the day I wanted. Delivery on time, item very well packaged. Assembly pretty simple and absolutely love the finished product. Excellent quality for a very reasonable price - thank you Lazy Susan.
Bought 4 seater table set. Worth the the extra money on pre assembled chairs. Table easy to assemble, but two person job. Excellent, good value, friendly/helpful staff.
