Having spent the day waiting for my table and chairs to be delivered i was more than a little upset having spoken to Lazy Susan only to find out that the order was not dispatched.
You would expect perhaps that this review would be very negative. Lazy Susan were very apologetic and it appeared to be a genuine mistake. They then went on to make sure the the delivery was made to my convenience (no all day waiting this time) and they even threw in an additional item.
Very good customer service and a great quality product.
On the Web site the offer for the reduced price for the April bench did not get taken off the invoice. I had to call to get the invoice reduced. Every thing else was OK till the goods arrived and I was 4 seat pads short. Had to call again and they will be delivered on Monday.
I was happy with the service, the speed of delivery, and most importantly the final product. The table and chairs are good quality and look fantastic in our backyard.

I can definitely recommend this company. We looked around all the usual places for garden furniture and then came across Lay Susan. Not nearby for us but worth the trip to see the large selection. Service was great. We were personally met at the factory and shown the range of furniture available. Excellent service - polite and helpful without any pressure to buy. We did buy and got a good deal on a second table (bistro) and cushions.

Found information on website both accurate and informative, products exceeded expectations. Delivery well packed. A minor point with 8 spring washers omitted in one kit. Would recommend the service. Thanks for prompt delivery.
Very happy with the product, and customer service from initial enquiry through to delivery.\n\nSome shortcomings in guidance and information relating to assembly - procedure not always obvious, and some discrepancies in numbers of required parts for assembly - some items short, others the opposite.

Aside form the delivery driver leaving me to struggle with some rather bulky boxes, everything went okay! Today I called to esquire about a table which I thought I had ordered (but hadn't) and was offered it at the discounted price- good service! Love the furniture- hope to get using it soon!
Everything was brilliant until delivery, you know when its been arranged for delivery before 12 midday and that comes and goes and no delivery however lady was very helpful and it arrived at 1.45pm .
