We have been very impressed with both the service and the product. The delivery arrived as expected and the furniture has been very easy to assemble. My only slight critisim was that the large nut caps were too small for the bolts and so certain bolts had to be left with no nut cap. However this was a very small problem and overall we are very pleased with our garden set and we have already recommended your company to someone else

The furniture is of good quality and we are really pleased with it but we were let down with the delivery. My husband took the day off but it didn't arrive as promised when we contact you it was agreed that the furniture would arrive between 8-9 the next morning so my husband could get to work, however, it didn't arrive till 9.30 am which meant he had to take more time off work. If this had gone to plan you would have received five stars.
