The ordering system and choice of product was very straight forward, the followup and delivery was good. The product I selected is excellent.

Ordering and delivery were five star. Table construction , using an unopened chair box, was as clearly shown in your video. The parasol ,base and cushions were superb. I was mentally composing a five star eulogy when I unpacked the wrong chairs. This was an irritation, which you remedied in a timely way. It might be useful to note the contents on the outside of the chair boxes, or supervise their packing.

I took delivery of the June Patio Set yesterday along with the Rose Bistro set and all the bits and pieces that go with it and am delighted with everything. The tables and chairs all look lovely. I was a bit concerned buying aluminium but everything is quite sturdy but still light enough to move easily. This was confirmed this morning when I had a look out into my garden after a particulaly windy night and everything was where I left it last night. My husband put the furniture together and was pleased with how simple it was to do. Everthing is brilliant value for money. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

The instructions on how to assemble the pre-pack items should Indicate where the appropriate tool is. Although diagrams were included it was not very clear or helpful as to which parts go first. However, after the initial 2 chair it got easier to assemble. The edge of the armchair frames should be smoother. There is every danger of being pricked/delicate items caught or tear the skin.

I would just like to say how friendly everyone was when we called in to look at the garden furniture. The help and assistance was excellent. The ordering process was very smooth.

The furniture arrived quickly and on time. The assembly took no time at all. The quality of the furniture is excellent; really sturdy. The price was very good in comparison with similiar products on the market.

The service was very good. I had not been contacted by the courier company and telephoned the lazy susan office where I received some helpful and courteous attention. A few hours after telephoning my furniture turned up. Thank you. It was initially the appearance of the furniture that attracted me to it and then after 'costing' I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is very good and I am absolutely thrilled with it. My husband was away when it arrived, so my son and I put it all together and found it very easy and dared I say enjoyable. So, to all involved many many thanks.

The service received from Lazy Susan was excellent - delivery of table, six chairs and parasol/base within 48 hours of placing order and polite cheerful conversation when contacted by telephone! The quality and value of the products are brilliant. I had spent many hours looking for this type of product in various locations and the items I found came nowhere near to matching neither the quality nor the price of the items I have purchased from Lazy Susan. I would definitely recommend this Company to anybody. The room leading to my garden has large floor to ceiling doors that open the width of the room so I wanted garden furniture that would be nice too look at and I couldn't have been more pleased with the result.
