Reliable and fast delivery. Small drawback: The garden chairs appeared on the website as available, but it turned out that the delivery time is 10 days. I was notified by telephone ... Now I'm waiting for the delivery ...
THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. Customer support advised of hiccup in delivery, which was not your fault and was not a problem. Quick efficient polite service.
On website on one page says some items are in stock, but then in the small print in table says yes or no as to whether in stock. Needs to be consistent
My first order from Lazy Susan, very impressed with communication and fast delivery requested for a Saturday. The garden bench was easy to assemble and of good quality, looks lovely in my garden! The only negative was the cushion which was attached to the outside of the box and had ripped in transit, but a quick phone call to customer service and a replacement was sent out on the day of my choice, no quibbles and no need to return faulty cushion. Overall a really good service and very pleased with my purchase. My only suggestion would be to package the cushion in a way so that it couldn't get damaged in transit.
The quality of the bench is very good. My only concern was I thought it was next day delivery if ordered before 12am, however, you had to telephone.
