Quality goods and excellent service
We were delighted with all aspects of the service we received, and the bench we purchased was all that we hoped for.
Advertising an assembly time of 15 minutes is disingenuous. I purchased 3 items and each took at least one hour to assemble properly.

I just wanted to let you know we are delighted with the White April Double garden bench we ordered last week. It arrived when you said it would, within the timeslot predicted. The quality of the product is excellent, and it pieced together as planned, and furthermore it looks good. We had previously ordered another white bench from another mail oredr company, and the quality of that was appalling to the extent that it would not assemble. It was priced fractionally below your product, and the difference is chalk and cheese. We will have no hesitation in recommending your Company to others. Well done.
We received a very quick service, the garden bench was delivered within a couple of days from ordering. We did think we were getting a phone call to say when item was being delivered but we had an e mail. Unfortunately, I don't look at my e mails every day and missed the expected delivery date. The item was left with a neighbour as we were out.The bench was a present and we have not yet seen the bench as we took it to our son still in its packaging. Incidentally, it was very well packed. My son and his wife are over the moon with it, they said it is beautiful and in perfect condition. Will use your site again. Many thanks
